  • Processing your order will take 1-4 business days. Shipping times will vary based on origin of purchase. 

    What do I do if I never received my order?

    • If you never received your order, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at goodvibestudio.nyc@gmail.com.

    What is the return process?

    • NO RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    • Customs fees vary by country and can include additional taxes, duties, and processing fees.
    • GoodVibesJohn is not responsible for duties/taxes/tariff charged to customers and these charges will not be reimbursed.
